Ubuntu 15.10

Xubuntu 15.10 will soon be released. It features LibreOffice, new apps, new themes, and updated Catfish, MenuLibre, and Mugshot applications.

Parole Media Player 0.8.1 is now available with several bug fixes and a new feature to persistently hide the menu bar.

Mugshot 0.3.0 is now powered by Cheese and Clutter. Since the previous 0.2.3 release announcement, various bugs have been fixed.

Catfish 1.3.3 follows the current development cycle, in which I am improving usability and tackling bugs of all sizes.

Xubuntu 15.10 introduces a new application for managing layouts in Xfce. This simple utility fills a void for uses and distributors alike.

New stable and development versions of MenuLibre are now available. Many bugs have been fixed, and the new 2.1.0 release unveils a modern UI.

Catfish 1.3.0 is all about style! This development cycle is intended to refine the UI and improve search speed and responsiveness.

Reporting bugs in Xubuntu is not difficult and takes no more than a few minutes. Bugs found and reported early are more likely to be fixed.

LightDM GTK Greeter and its configuration application have been updated with bug fixes and a new multihead configuration dialog.
